Q. How does it work
A. The simple process has the following steps:
1 Browse the website, make an appointment, and discuss your requirements with our fashion advisors, or just order online following the guided process.
2 Select the fabrics you desire. We have hundreds of swatches to choose from. We take your precise measurements (or you can email them to us by filling out a measurement form), digital pictures and additional information about your body shape and size.
3 We package your orders meticulously and ship them to you at the address provided.
Q. How long does it take?
A. It will take up to 2 weeks for us to deliver your package . We can also try our best to accommodate urgent requests for our existing customers.
Q.Do you get measured every time you order?
A. No, because we keep your record on file, with a unique customer ID. If you inform us of any changes, we will update your record. Also, it is a good idea to re-take the measurements every 2 years or so. Once you become our customer, you can just call us, or email us to order new clothes.
Q. What kind of fabric and styles do we offer?
A. We simply make all kinds of clothes. The style can be classic or contemporary. Our fabric repertoire includes super wool, cashmere, silk, Scottish tweeds, superfine worsted, linen, flannel, and much more. Patterns can include checks, plain, stripes, herringbone, linen, birdeyes

A. First of all, rest assured that we will provide accurate measure guide ,. Second, our tailors are very professional and accurate. Third, we remain in close contact with our tailors on the progress of your clothes. The end result will be a long lasting wonderful product that you will love to wear. In the unlikely event of human error or miscommunication, You can contact us and we will work with you to fix the problem including sending your order back to alter or even re-making it or refunding your money. Ultimately, our goal is to keep you as our loyal customer. For other faults, we take our responsibility seriously and will do everything to correct our mistake. However we will not provide refunds if you decided you did not like the color or fabric or style.
